This quaint village is the most complete example of a 17th- and 18th-century burgh in Scotland today. After lunch, drive to the village of Falkland, used for filming 1940s Inverness. With over 28 listed buildings, the village brims with period charm. The final Outlander filming location is the impressive Blackness Castle, featured as Fort William in the series. Please note, there are dates throughout the year when Midhope Castle is closed for estate activity and filming.
