Our gulet adventure begins at the Old port of Corfu, at 17:00 hours, giving us ample time to settle in and meet our fellow explorers. As the sun dips below the horizon, watch the island fade into the distance, excitement building for the island-hopping treasure hunt ahead. We'll unveil the hidden jewels of the Ionian Sea together: secluded coves, charming villages, and breathtaking landscapes across Corfu, Sivota, Antipaxoi, Plataria, Paxoi, and beyond. Each island boasts its own unique charm, from lush green hills and pristine beaches to ancient ruins and vibrant local culture. Tip: These charming, wooden vessels offer an intimate and friendly atmosphere, accommodating only up to 24 fellow explorers. Tucked away south of mainland Greece near Corfu, the Sivota-Mourtos Islands hold this idyllic scene within their embrace. Dive straight in and let the vibrant turquoise waters of the Blue Lagoon mesmerize us. The awe-inspiring Papanikolis Cave, with its unique rock formations, awaits our cameras and adventurous spirits. But the day isn't over yet! As the afternoon sun paints the sky, let's wander through the charming Marina village. Before setting sail again, local flavors at the idyllic tavernas lining the seafront will tantalize our taste buds. We will have free time to take in the delicious aromas and try authentic dishes that promise an unforgettable experience!
After a rich breakfast, we will dive into the vibrant atmosphere of Parga, often dubbed the most beautiful village in Greece. Two crystal-clear bays flank the village, inviting you for refreshing swims. Explore the Venetian castle for a glimpse of history, or indulge in water sports like kayaking or paddleboarding. Tip: Don't miss Parga's famous souvlaki! Grab one from a local taverna and enjoy it with a view of the bay! Remember, the marina might be busy for the gulet to dock, so be prepared to use a water taxi (not included).
Today, we explore the hidden gem of Antipaxos. We’ll enjoy a delicious lunch on board before seeking coastal bliss in secluded coves like Voutoumi and Vrika. you’ll have the chance to feel the smooth pebbles beneath your feet while snorkeling in turquoise waters teeming with colorful fish. In the afternoon, you can explore the charming hilltop villages of Gaios, Loggos, or Lakka, each offering unique experiences. Tip: Relax on secluded beaches and experience a happiness you’ve never known before!
We will start the day with a delicious breakfast and then immerse ourselves in the beauty of Paxos, an island renowned for its world-class olive oil, filled with lush greenery. Here we can rent a bike and explore secluded coves for an idyllic afternoon of sunbathing and swimming. Later, we will have the chance to savor delicious local seafood or Meze at a charming tavern run by fishermen. Tip: Ask the members of the crew for optional activities on the island to make the most out of your day!
Today we will dive into adventure at Lakka, Paxos. This vibrant village boasts shallow waters, a diving hotspot, and numerous bars and tavernas. We'll dock at a secluded cove, offering a glimpse into its charm. Explore the underwater wonders with a dive or simply relax on the beach with a refreshing cocktail. Keep in mind that the vessel cannot dock at Lakka´s marina, so you will have the chance to enjoy the tranquility offered by the sea at night. Tip: Enjoy a sunset swim in Lakka's crystal-clear waters. The golden light reflecting off the water creates a truly magical experience!
We will arrive back in Corfu's Old Town in the afternoon, ready to explore! We will have enough time to climb the Venetian fortress and take in some breathtaking views of the city and the surrounding islands. Wander through the charming streets lined with colorful houses and shops, or browse for souvenirs in the local markets. In the evening, enjoy an optional farewell dinner with the group before spending our last night on board the gulet. Tip: Get lost in the maze-like streets of the Old Town and discover hidden gems like the Spianada Square and the Liston arcade. Enjoy a cup of Greek coffee and taste a local dish like "Pastitsada", "sofrito" or "bourdeto"!
